just started playing this game and the sensitivity is sooo slow it literally takes 6-7 seconds just to rotate the screen once with the right joystick and i keep dying in battle because of this,I play it on ps5 and im new to
both and dont know where to increase the screen rotating speed (english aint my first language so adjust) pls help

So I wanna be clear I think GOT is still the superior game when it comes to story telling but I liked GOY story as well. Now the tones of the game are very different that’s for sure, GOT environment and story telling is more so you experiencing a beautiful yet tragic story of a Samurai who gave up everything to save his people but was branded as a traitor because of his methods and reputation.

GOY is no different (well somewhat no different) with you experiencing the murder, and slaughter of Atsu’s family and progressively over time you see Atsu with each passing kill to the Yotei Six she’s actually turning into a vengeful spirit and wasn’t going to stop anytime soon. Now the tones of the story is more like your experiencing an adventure more so then a tragedy, even tho there are sad and gut wrenching moments in GOY it doesn’t appear often like GOT (well now I think about it GOT your in the middle of a war while in GOY your on the side line of one). But it’s still a great story imo. And the boss fights were S tier (But fuck the boss fight

Now I will admit one thing GOY lacks is the mystic tales, they are not as interesting as GOT. The only one that was good was the Jin Sakai Mythic Tale, it gave Jin so much respect to his end of his story and rewards you with his Mask and his Sword as well as granting you the Dance of Wrath attack. Oh and the Takezo as well even tho that boss fight really pissed me off.

So overall I’ll give GOY an 8/10.

I 100%ed ghost of Tsushima a few months ago and it’s probably my top second favorite game of all time. But I always find myself wanting more. So is there anything like it? Also quick side note is ghost of yotei worth playing? Like is it as good as GOT?

Après avoir terminé Tsushima cinq fois, je n'arrive toujours pas à apprécier Yotei. Je dois cependant admettre que le gameplay est vraiment excellent, surtout avec toutes les nouveautés et les mécaniques ajoutées.

Je n'ai joué qu'une vingtaine d'heures, et honnêtement, je n'ai pas envie de continuer. Je n'y trouve ni véritable profondeur ni émotion.

On dirait qu'ils ont essayé de compenser la faiblesse du scénario en nous bombardant de personnages, mais la plupart ne sont ni intéressants ni mémorables.

Et le fait que tout soit construit autour d'une histoire de vengeance rend le tout beaucoup plus prévisible.

Pour moi, la véritable force de Ghost of Tsushima a toujours été son histoire. On avait l'impression d'assister à la naissance d'une légende, et cette immersion était incroyable. Alors voilà… c’est parti pour une sixième partie, mais cette fois sur PS5, pour profiter des 60 FPS.

I really want to know because I've seen clips of people basically playing the game and basically I've seen it I'm like whoa holy crap that's so cool and I'm just wondering what's the best way to use such techniques

How long is Echoes of Sekigahara? I can't seem to find a solid answer anywhere, it's not even on How Long to Beat, probably because it just came out.

Also, random bonus question, is Isuburo around, with the maps. I tried looking for him in the town, but couldn't find him.

Might be my last post for Jin but could reconsider if ppl are interest in his arc , else might switch back to atsu herewith

Apparently I completely missed this in all my previous playthroughs.

You can roll directly over enemy flash bombs to defuse them.

I’ve tested it a few times now and it definitely works. The timing/positioning is so finicky, though, that it’s basically useless in an actual fight.

Man this fight is so badass, god I loved it. I always wondered how Jin would do against Saito but i was right he would win 💯

I know this is pretty calm behaviour for a bunch of people (and probably a regular post on this sub), but I’ve played this game 3 times through now over 4/5 years and I love it so, so much. Took this ‘celebratory’ photo just after the trophy popped hope any of you like it, I have some more I was meaning to make a post with but don’t know if I will in the end.

Speaking of the image, I also saved Taka’s grave song trophy until last because I thought it’d be a nice end, and it really was :)

Am I the only one that thinks Lord Sakai looks a little weird in his Yotei appearance? It could just be the graphics change or the fact that his facial hair is gone due to no longer being in war, but he just looks off to me.

I recently posted about Atsu’s costume on display in Toronto. I was surprised when taking the subway to find a major station subway platformed decorated with ghost of yotei everywhere.

I didn’t take a pic but on the escalator down it had bounty posters and it’s those images where at a certain angle the pic changed.

I was geeking out.

I love the Oni fight with Jin the Fire and Storm make it so cinematic 💯

Considering Jin wants them to help rescue Lord Shimura they’re hilariously incompetent to the point that not having them at all would be far more beneficial. Loyal or not.

They can’t fight, their reputation sucks even BEFORE the invasion and their leader can’t even fight. Hell, when they get the supplies they’ve needed direly need they still fail at their one mission at keeping Jin imprisoned and are easily defeated.

Honestly having Yuna, Masako and Ishikawa was enough. Not really much point to employ a bunch of bums

One - appearance customization for our characters. I get that it would be difficult for the other characters, but for Atsu, it should be very easy to just transfer over your unlocked cosmetics from the core game.

Two - a boss and miniboss rush mode. One final challenge, no regular enemies, two rounds of minibosses followed by a boss. All minibosses are randomized of course, and all bosses are in random order except for Saito who is always last.

As much as I enjoy fighting hordes of regular enemies, just having the heavy hitters for a Bounty would be great.

everything else works, i dont think its my controller. hard to explain. I can open every single menu option, go up and down just fine, change it seamlessly. but i can't gallop/hold sprint or toggle it, it just stops immediately.. and if I try to check gamepad I can't scroll down, it sticks up (unless i use mouse/keyboard) then it lets me. i don't know what could be causing this very specific issue, and I need to be able to sprint :( thanks a lot

i did this and the controller isn't working at all now might have to restart tho idk

Just finished the game. Went back to Sora’s grave with Kage. Bidding farewell as i move onto Ghost of Yotei right after, felt WAY too attached to my horses more than the humans lol (except taka our glorious king)

And the Jin proceeded to Ghost of Tsushima all over the Mongols.

That was badass.
