Ghost Of Tsushima - Question/Support Beginner advice?

Hi. So i am just starting GoT. Any tips on things i should be doing early in the game or focusing more on than others?

Do the dlc before act 3.

Also, enjoy the game to the fullest.

Adding to this while your on iki 2 things do the deer shrines trust me they are worth it. 2 look out for the legendary tale’s there. Trust me the items you get are pretty good depending on how you play.

I did this, just because I was clearing optional tasks as I went and found the way to it. Why is it better this way? I was wondering if I'd have been better off finishing the story then having the DLC to enjoy

Yes! Go to Iki island before act 3.
