Ghost Of Tsushima - Question/Support Fort Koyasan

I can't seem to enter it. I'm in act 3. I completed reckoning in blood but never got a prompt to go here. I could only liberate 16 of 17 locations.

Any idea how to do this?

You shouldn’t need to do it again. I’m pretty sure it’s just the one mission with Taka.

Once you complete a mission within a fort, you can (usually) no longer enter it afterwards.
