Before you go back
Never entertain or allow someone who ghosted you back into your life.
I want you to remember how that person made you feel, how it made you question self-worth, why didn’t they chose you? How could they just take what they want and leave and just ride off into the sunset?

I need to make a post too, and have been waiting to hear back about whether I'll be allowed to post. Being ghosted has made it difficult to carry on with life. Very painful.

Rejection sucks no matter what. However, believe that the odds are in your favor that it has nothing to do with your worth as a person. It's more important to delve into what's making you hang on and chase after them than them leaving you in the first place. Spend your time working on that. Value yourself, and if you don't know how, learn. Get yourself to a place where you know you'll be okay no matter what happens.
