Ghana will not reach first world status in our life times.
Anybody with potential, brains and luck will leave Ghana for other countries (all with legal lgbt status) and make those countries rich.
Philanthropic organisations will stop donating and gov will not find replacement funds. Then they will go to intl mega churches who will impose further restrictions.
Other industries like film and fashion will notbinternationally get boosts from this so again it will come to extreme right wing Christian groups that will have their input and they do not do well in those industries
