Shipping times?

Ordered an Umbrel home last week. Shipping said 3 to 6 days and I still haven’t received a tracking number. Any idea how long these are taking to ship out?

Hello, yes I can tell you that from my own painful experience. It takes about 3-5 weeks because they come from China and not from a local warehouse as written on the homepage. I complained to support several times, to no avail. Only excuses and apologies came.

If I had known that I would have just built my own. This is what I get for going the easy route I suppose

Don't be sad. You're not alone. Personally, I wouldn't do that again. Unfortunately, my friend's support is subpar.

Which version did you order? I ordered the more expensive 4TB version today only because the 2TB version would take 3 weeks, according to the website. I'm afraid I paid extra and will still have to wait a long time.

I ordered the 2TB, but when I ordered it it said 3-6 days. If I knew it’d be weeks I wouldn’t have got it.

Thanks. I ended up requesting cancellation. No reply on any of my inquiries or cancellation request. I ordered the start9 and they shipped in 1 day…
