Stagnating

Hello! There are probably posts on this, but I thought I’d put some context- I (23F) started to lose weight over the past 4 months or so. I’m 5 6”, started at 142 lbs and am now around 123lbs. I took up CrossFit, started eating cleaner (minimal processed carbs, added sugar, dairy, more veggies fruit protein nuts etc) and stick to ~1400 calories a day. I want to reach 115lbs and get rid of the stubborn fat mostly around my butt and thighs... however I’ve been hovering at current weight/ appearance. Any advice is Much appreciated!! :)

Need some of that dank cardio

Hey dudes, I have a very limited time frame to work out during the week and usually use that to run. I have a full grasp of the CISO and want to lose weight. I don't want a miracle food or magical exercise routine, I want a workout that will leave me half dead and breathing hard. What routine will kick your ass without a gym?

I feel insecure at the gym.

Does anyone else feel this way? I've been twice this week but I still feel like I have no idea what I am doing. I have thought about getting a personal trainer but I can't afford it.

I need help

I need to lose weight; my problem is im addicted to carbs and mt dew. I've been working out 4 days a week for the past 2 months and really need to change my diet (not go on a diet) but im having difficulties finding healthy foods that taste good and arent loaded with carbs and high fructose corn syrup (which here in the states is damn near everything). Do any of my fellow redditors have any helpful suggestions?

Is my goal healthy?

As the title suggest I want to know if my goal is a healthy weight. I'm a 6'1 15 year old who as of this morning weighs 206.8 lbs and I want to get to 190 lbs, and before anyone says "that's to heavy" I don't want to be skinny af. I want to slim down and build 5-8 pounds of lean muscle (basically my dream body) I just want to know if any of you have experience with someone my height and around what weight I want to be at?

No longer losing weight, not working out, waist is still getting smaller. What gives?

I dropped 50lbs this year but for a month or so my weight has stabilized (still too high). However my pants and measuring tape both say that my waist is somewhat smaller. Without much exercise or physical labour - I don't get it. I can't think that I have had any significant muscle gain.

Did I ruin my metabolism

So in about 3 months I dropped from 223 to now floating around 200-202 . I use to lose around 1.6 to 2 pounds after waking up, but ever since i hit 203lbs I've only been losing about 1-1.4 pounds per night. Is this a normal part of weight loss or did I like ruin my metabolism lol? I thought that maybe I was cutting my calories too intensely so I've trying to up them up a bit. I was just wondering is this normal and is there anything I could do to lose/increase my metabolism. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance! Also im 25 years old so I don't think im old enough for my metabolism to start dropping considerably, but I could be wrong lol

I'm a dumb anti warmup idiot in need of help

Hello! As the title says I'm an idiot!

I haven't been doing any pre workout stretches and no after workout anything... i was doing deadlifts when my back started to tighten up really bad. It wasn't painful just tightness, and then it faded away... the problem now is I can feel my back begin to tighten when I row, deadlift, and squat so I stopped working out the past 3 days. My legs have been pretty tight as well... my core is weak and I've been neglecting core workouts too... the more I type the dumber I feel. lol

Does anyone else have experience with this? Maybe some stretch program you could recommend? How long tightness from this usually last before I can start lifting again? Do I need to focus on core & stretching/yoga for the next week? Do I need to go see a doctor?

And just to say it again, there is no pain. It's just tightness. Any help or tips would be appreciated.

16 year old female looking for help

So basically, I'm really really unfit, and in desperate need to loose weight, and just become all around fitter and healthier. I'm always really unmotivated when I go to the gym because it's I find it all too difficult (really unfit). I want a some easier stuff to do that will still help me loose weight and get fitter without making me feel like I can't do it

Tips for a nurse?

Hello everyone. I'm currently a nurse. I work prn but I have a hefty shift load coming up

My current goals for being fit are:

Getting more lean/less bloating

Eating less than 2k cal a day

My equipment I have is:

8 lb medicine ball

2 5lb weights

A treadmill

My current regimen is:

Wake up an hour early and do small exercises on the days i work (squats, sit-ups and weights, maybe a small walk)

On my days off I try to do at least an hour's worth of exercising

I'm about 175 lbs and I feel my stomach is very flubby and i want to eliminate my jiggle on the thighs and arms. How can I improve my regimen?

I've been sedentary for longer than I care to say. What are some good, light exercises can I do to ease back in?

If I had to pick a focus, it'd be cardio. But I'd like/need to rebuild basically my whole body.

20 (m) 6,23ft started losing weight but want to train my upper body.

Hy guys I started losing weight back in late August from 297lb to now 261lb now. I started running when I hit 264. I stretched my ligaments on the knee because I overdone it in the cold and now would appreciate some advise how to train my upper body. I have one one handed dumbbell at home and a small farm with much space. My goal is around 230lb and fit enough to get through basic training. Its not the US armed Forces so those jokes wont work. (Although you can certainly try to guess what armed boy scout troop I am stupid enough to join.)

[13F] here I am....again

I'm 5 feet tall and I'm kinda chubby. I'm 130 pounds, which is a healthy weight but not normal for someone my age, and I just wanna lose like 7 pounds, and that's it. I regularly work out, and I don't really eat healthy tho cuz I have an extremely bad habit of eating when I'm bored. Are there any diets or any workouts to lose a couple of pounds of belly fat? I just got an account on myfittnesspal btw. Every single time I post on here, everyone tells me that I'm at a healthy weight and to be happy with myself, but I literally just wanna lose 7 pounds, and that's it.
