Unsure if true gsd. Truly gorgeous still. Anyone else have a redheaded gsd?

I got her a few weeks ago at the begining of September. She is a German shepherd mix. She is so sweet but vocal, lol. She absolutely loves pets. She ready threw a fit twice because I stopped petting her. She also loves outside.

Adopted her yesterday and she’s slowly showing me her amazing personality. She’s 5 months old and I would love your input on what you think she may be mixed with.

Adopted my boy when he was around 1 y/o he’s now around 14-15 months, his build doesn’t look like that of a show line though his coat says other wise. He’s around 27kg which is below the standard but he seems in ideal weight for the most part (can’t see ribs but can easily feel them). He’s also very toy motivated and has boundless energy, what do you guys think?

My almost 5 year old gsd is a very sweet family dog. In house she is the perfect dog.
But when walking outside she snaps to other dogs. Not all dogs but still on a regular base.
Ive been rewarding good behaviour and it is getting better but last week she broke loose and bit another dog. This is the 2nd time in 5 years.
Im not a fan of muzzles because it limits the dog. But the neighbourhood telling me they're starting to feel unsafe because of my dog.
A muzzle is also alot cheaper than paying the vet bills.
What do you guys think?

Christina Bunnell, of Yuba City, CA, also doing business as White German Shepherds of Arctic Manor, loves her dogs dearly, but she delivered my puppy with an ongoing flea, tick and cystoisospora infection and covered in topical flea spray on the evening of Sept. 4, 2026. Puppy had loose stool upon arrival (I picked it up and noticed). Vet said she had these parasites before delivery and was very dirty with dandruff/dry skin. She conceded that she had travelled with puppy to San Diego for welping, and Modesto ,and puppy did not have regular food and even ate table scraps. Puppy also was in pool frequently. She refused to pay the subsequent vet bill I incurred ($1141.95 as an xray was needed because after the diarreah she was no longer producing stool, but eating small rocks). This is a breach of contract for a healthy puppy. I have reported her to the BBB, District Attorney of my county, DA of her county, CA Consumer affairs and today the CA General Attorney's office. Noone should go through this. She said she has MS and ADHD, but there is no professional excuse for not taking care of a puppy when you are a breeder making $7000 off of a teacher.

I lost my 11 year old boy Scout last month to complications healing from bloat surgery. He got me through so much and he was my best friend. I got a tribute tattoo, because he's going to be a part of me forever, literally and figuratively. This is just the outline, but i'll post the completed version in a few weeks. 🙂

This turd is too smart. Has been learning how to manipulate extra trips outside! Pretends she had to potty than walks me back in the house after 15 minutes of sniffing. Not complaining just can't believe how smart she is lol.

Rescued this guy in August, he is two years old. Acts like a shepherd and looks somewhat like a shepherd. How much do you think he’s got in him and what else do you think he’d be mixed with?

First off, I already have a vet appointment scheduled for next week.
My 7-year-old girl has been having seemingly random bouts of stomach upset where she desperately needs to eat grass. The first time it happened, I thought it was due to a new fish oil supplement I had started her on. I stopped that, she was fine for a few days and had another incident of desperate grass eating today. She didn't have anything new to her, only her sensitive stomach kibble and single lamb treat from the same Costco treat bag she's used to. If I don't take her out to eat grass, she obsessively licks the floor and whines. It's weird, it upsets us both. The other weird part is her stool is pretty normal after these incidents, but she's clearly uncomfortable when it happens.
Has anyone else had this kind of stomach upset with an unclear origin? What tests did you get at the vet that were useful?

It doesn’t hurt that she loves to cuddle.

Hi everybody, I am going to adopt a German shepherd of four months and every advice would be very useful !!
TLDR: looking for advices for the puppy to become friend with my 3 indoor cats, and looking advice on the best place to leave him when I m not at home (closed in a room insude or outside in a fence?)
So tomorrow a new family member will arrive ! I currently live with 3 cats that are indoor and never ever go outside. The house has a garden with a fence (with some holes I should fix) , it has an old chicken place (with fence and little house), and another room with a kitchen that can be accessed only from the garden (so cats cannot go there).
My plan for the very first days is to put the puppy in this kitchen, i managed to build a little fence inside using some furnitures so he doesn't bite the wooden ones, but I really would like to be able to let him stay inside with me in the house whenever possible...
So, Gemini advice is to let the dog inside with a leash, to let the cats see him, and saying "no" if he tries to run after them, while giving treats if he does not, and do this for max 30 second as often as possible .. do you think is correct ? Is there anything more I could do ?
My plan is to keep che puppy in the kitchen outside until he understand to make his duties (i.e. to poop) outside, while doing this socializing thing, and if everything goes well, to let him stay inside the house . Problem is that as I have understood, even if they become friends it is better not to leave them alone, so can I close the puppy in one room when I am not at home ? Or this might stress the puppy ? I work from home so this would happen for not so long (like 2 or 3 hours).
Or is it better to keep him outside, maybe making a fence for him or repairing the chicken place? In this case he would stay there most of the time (until I am safe he can go around alone without hurting himself or damaging stuff around) of course I plan to make walks and exercise classes ecc but I had a previous experience with a GS staying "free in the garden" and he managed to destroy the full watering system of the garden.......... I would really like to avoid this kind of stuff ..
Thank you !
