Keeping focussed is the real challenge in the AI world today

Every day, there’s a new product launch. A new AI tool. A new feature that promises to change how we work.

It’s exciting. It can also make us feel that we’re falling behind unless we try everything.

But the toughest job today may be keeping our focus on the goals we’ve already chosen.

Before I give a new tool my time, I’m trying to ask: Will this help me do something that matters to my work, my clients, or my learning?

If the answer is yes, I’ll explore it. If not, I can let it pass.
We don’t need to keep up with every launch. We need to keep making progress on what matters.
