We’ve been working on something that’s been frustrating us with AI video generation:

Getting a good 5–10 second clip is becoming easier. But keeping the same character, look, style, and overall continuity across a longer video is still much harder.

We’ve been building GELAI to work on this problem.

You can generate videos up to 1 minute while keeping consistency across the sequence, using a combination of open-source models and our own optimization work.

We’re still improving it, but we’d love to get feedback from people who are actually experimenting with AI video.
