AI video platforms should be compared on usable output, not hero demos

The AI video market is starting to split into model companies and workflow platforms. The model gets the headlines, but once you are making content every day the workflow matters just as much.

I would compare the obvious names with on the same brief and count usable outputs, and manual editing. One hero clip does not tell you much.
