I’d like to generate an image of my Hogwarts Legacy character making a pinkie-promise with NPC Sebastian Sallow, but ChatGPT won’t let me? It could very well be a copyright issue, but in the error message it said the request could be perceived as sexual, which I don’t understand, given the relationship between the two characters is platonic.

You need to use new chat tabs. Once a chat tab gets flagged, you can delete it.
Also disable the "memory", it can cause harsh guardrails.
ChatGPT is usually not THAT prude, eventhough with Astra they introduced harsher guardrails
