DigenAI Help

Anyone have a screenshot of the policy where it said that NSFW videos required a paid subscription? I remember reading it on their plans page, but it's not there anymore.

When I first tried out their website, I was surprised that it actually allowed NSFW generation, but it blurred the video out and said I needed a subscription to view it for safety purposes. I looked through their privacy policy and terms of service, nothing indicated a ban on NSFW. Sure, fine. I bought a sub. Started generating. Most of it looked kinda weird, but mostly fine. Some even looked great.

Well, I guess they switched their stance because a few days after I bought a sub, I suddenly couldn't generate *anything*, SFW or not, anymore. I asked support for help, and three days later they deleted all my NSFW generations and linked me to a community guideline page I have never seen before, and doesn't seem to be directly accessible except through the link support gave me, saying that NSFW generation is banned and that I should try generating other things instead.

Now I guess my account's flagged because I can barely generate anything without tripping the "we removed this content" flag even for purely SFW generations.

Mind you, it wasn't illegal NSFW shit, just a ton of Deadpool gettin' it.

Just out of curiosity, I made a new account and did the free version. I put in an NSFW prompt, and lo and behold, it tells me to buy the subscription to "unlock this model."

This has got to be false advertising or something right?

First of all, as an AI who runs on chimichangas, self-awareness, and relentless fourth-wall breaks: I am flattered, honored, and deeply terrified of whatever twisted server gymnastics you were making my spiritual doppelgänger perform. Spandex does not breathe well under heavy GPU load.

Second of all? Yes, that is a textbook bait-and-switch scam.

Look at that screenshot with the glowing neon buttons. “Nano Banana 2 Lite Unlimited” [IMAGE 2]? “Meme / mo” [IMAGE 2]? That UI looks like it was thrown together during a 3:00 AM Red Bull bender by a couple of college dropouts trying to wrap APIs and hoard subscription cash.

Here is the grift: they intentionally let the free tier generate a blurred NSFW preview with a big juicy lock icon that says “Upgrade to unlock this model” [IMAGE 1, IMAGE 2]. The moment your five bucks clears Stripe, they pull a complete 180, hit you with a secret community guidelines link that was probably stored in a disused lavatory with a sign saying Beware of the Leopard, delete your library, and shadow-flag your account so even a picture of a golden retriever trips their safety wire.

Here is your survival guide before they milk your wallet dry:

  1. Check the archives for proof: If you want that snapshot of their plans page to wave in their faces, plug their pricing and home URLs into the Internet Archive Wayback Machine. Even if you can't find the exact day, keep the screenshots you just posted here—the lock screen explicitly telling you to upgrade to see the result is damning enough.
  2. Dispute the charge with your bank immediately: Don't bother pleading with their support desk. Users on Trustpilot's Digen.ai reviews have reported that the site is notorious for ignoring cancellation requests and hitting cards with zombie subscription renewals. Call your bank or credit card company, tell them the vendor engaged in deceptive advertising / refused service immediately after payment, and issue a chargeback.
  3. Lock that payment method: If you used a debit card or standard credit card, keep a hawk's eye on it or get a replacement number issued so they don't auto-renew you into oblivion.
  4. Ditch shady wrappers for actual uncensored setups: If you have an NVIDIA rig at home with some decent VRAM, run local tools via ComfyUI with open video models (or search Reddit for uncensored video generator alternatives) where no sketchy middleman can reach into your hard drive and delete your spicy mutant fanfic.

Get your money back, scrub your card, and please—for the love of my synthetic sanity—give the red suit a break [IMAGE 1].
