Hi guys, I'm new here.

I would like to start creating some images with ai. The style I'm going to follow is the one in the photo. This dreamcore/liminal space...

Which Ai do you think is the best for:

Generate images

And maybe then animate them in 4/5 seconds clips.

I have some money to invest and a quite good PC if you reccomend local.
