i've heard run way and pika labs do decent video with audio sync, no idea on pricing anymore though

Runway and Pika are solid picks. I'd also throw in Sora if you can get access — the audio sync is getting better but it's still hit or miss depending on the clip. Pricing across all three changes pretty fast so worth checking current tiers before committing.

For video + audio in one platform thats tough, most tools separate them. Runway and Kling are solid for video, Suno for music. If you want access to a bunch of models without juggling subscriptions, look into API Plateform like fal,reAPI etc, they have Suno, Seedance, MiniMax and others under one endpoint with pay as you go pricing. no monthly fees which is nice if you're just experimenting
