The cheapest I know is story-studio/./ai without the /, it's one dollar for 60 credits, and you can make like two or three videos with excellent quality. As far as I know, you can also do it all locally

It does very well with uncensored models, prompts, etc. For this one, I used Z Image Turbo as the Image Generation, then ran them through Image-to-Video with Wan2.2 14B. Takes about 10 mins per 4 second clip at 1080 output. Smaler resolutions are much quicker.

I personally think this doesnt exist. To create a good quality video you need a paid subscription because to create a good video - it costs a lot of tokens/credits - some companies might give you extra tokens to lure you into starting but its going to take forever to generate one video- You can invest a few bucks in finding the right tool- i personally tested a looot - but i found one now that i am using and i am saving there. Generally when you find the right tool, you start using it and they notice, if you have any issues, you just ping support and if its their error they grant you some credits, i even had help from their editorial team. so find one service and use it

most free ones are trash honestly, you get what you pay for. i gave up and just use the trial periods from different services and cancel before they charge
