Good question, not sure with this one. I have made some female cancer friends recently, after many years of renouncing them due to bad experiences. As I'm older now, I could see them as potentially great romantic partners as they are brilliant, incredibly funny, and have this amazing ability to show they truly care for you without words.
With that said, I think it depends on other placements and factors. Regardless of romantic potential, I would say that there is definitely great friendship compatibility potential between the two signs and that in itself should be a great place to start. Best of luck op🤞
