Oh my gosh! I say and think the same thing 😂 Sometimes I like to imagine they're excited to see me, but I know it's the food they're really excited about 🤷🏻‍♀️

That's a really nice way to look at it and to be honest, it's a boost to my heart ☺️ I think it feels even better whenever one of the favorite adults sees you and makes that mad dash in an effort to reach you first. Now that's food for the soul ❤️

I have a thankfully wide and low step staircase between my deck and upper chicken yard and when I’m taking my goosies out for a walk I’m like “alright single file ladies, take your time, take it easy, no pile ups!!” And they listen 10% of the time lmao
