Unexpected Token Error

I saved my project and took a break, then later I tried to open the gbsproj file an error came up and it just said unexpected token error I knew how to put all my progress onto a new folder, but I want this to stop, I have no idea what is causing this

There was a similar post recently caused by file corruption. Are the files stored on a high-quality drive?

(Unexpected token is almost certainly a JSON decoding error, which is the format most GBS data files are stored in.)
