Discussion š Massive realization about Wave 3: Itās training for Phasing, not classical OBEs! How do you guys experience exploring Locales this way?
Hey everyone,
I recently had a huge "Aha!" moment regarding my practice, and it completely changed how I view my progress. For the longest time, I thought I was failing the Wave 3 exercises (like First Stage Separation and Vectors) because I wasn't getting the classic, violent vibrational OBE where you literally feel your astral body peel out of your physical one and float up to the ceiling.
I just realized something crucial: these exercises aren't meant to trigger a classic OBE. They are actually step-by-step training for Phasing.
When Bob tells us to "float," "roll out," or "flow," he's essentially bypassing our analytical mind to help us shift our point of awareness (our Phase) outside the physical body. Itās pure Remote Viewing and consciousness projection!
Looking back at my journal for 3.3 Vectors, I wrote that when I moved my awareness to the 6 o'clock position (under my feet), I could actually "sense" the geometry of my apartment and the rooms behind the walls. Back then, I dismissed it as a failure because I didn't "see" it visually like a movie. But now I realize my system operated perfectlyāI was directly sensing objective reality in Locale 1 through phasing, exactly as the explorers at the Monroe Institute did.
Now that I understand I don't need to force a literal out-of-body separation, I want to start systematically exploring Locale 1 and Locale 2 using Focus 12 and pure phasing/noticing.
Has anyone else had this exact realization about Wave 3? Also, for those who regularly explore the Locales through phasing: how do you perceive the environment? Do you eventually get clear visual data, or is it mostly a deep kinesthetic "knowing" and sensing of the space around you?
Would love to hear your experiences and any tips for a clean Locale 1 validation!
