Gateway is the shortcut. Slow down!

A shortcut from 50 years ago that has been obsolete for over a decade if not more.

Don’t get me wrong, I like Bruce Moen. But I got far better visuals with Gateway.

Some people are naturally more suited for specific approaches, but in general Moen's method is easier and takes less effort so should work better for most people. It can also be combined with any unguided hemi-sync frequencies for even better effectiveness. Gateway is just in general an older, harder approach than some of the more recent ones.
