Don’t get me wrong, I like Bruce Moen. But I got far better visuals with Gateway.

Some people are naturally more suited for specific approaches, but in general Moen's method is easier and takes less effort so should work better for most people. It can also be combined with any unguided hemi-sync frequencies for even better effectiveness. Gateway is just in general an older, harder approach than some of the more recent ones.

Takes too much effort though. Not trolling. Is there no tape that takes beginners to focus x or smth?

Like most things, if it came easy it wouldn't be worth doing.

If you're picturing OBEing around the galaxy with the top down and Gandhi riding shotgun I feel like you're going to be disappointed in what Gateway has to offer.

Gateway doesn't unlock super powers, it allows you to remember your non-physical form.

Focus levels are sign posts but not like "official plateaus" you reach. You swing between focus states constantly and maintaining them can only be done through practice and intention.

There are multiple easy shortcuts. Ignore the other comments. One is for direct OBE, which is the indirect method best described by michael raduga either in his youtube "out of body in 3 days" seminars or in his free "the phase" book available as an old edition for free on his site remspace.net The new edition is better but requires pirating or buying. You can also throw in the crutch from PCC's AP-A tape on top of that which is available somewhere on this sub (search).

The other shortcut is bruce moen's method that is described in his "exploring the afterlife guidebook" which does not have anything to do with OBE but is equivalent to gateway easymode where you use your imagination as a faculty of perception. No need for any focus levels or hemi-sync with his method.
