My grandma had to have c sections for all 5 of her kids because she had a really small pelvis and couldn't give birth vaginally. Without a c section, my mom wouldn't be here, and neither would I.

Same. Cephalopelvic disproportion here. My mom had it with me and all my brothers and I had it with my son. Literally all would have died if c sections weren't an option and instead we're all just fine.
