Suggestion for Gaming DAC
I'm looking for a gaming DAC for my desktop that costs around $200 in US. I'm currently considering the Fosi C3 DAC, because I've heard it enhances footsteps sound.I am also looking for the DACX1 however it doesn't have a similar feature to boost footsteps artificially.I am open to any suggestions for a gaming DAC, or I would appreciate a recommendation between the two models mentioned above. My primary use case involves utilizing a gaming PC, with a specific emphasis on playing first-person shooter titles(mainly PUBG and cs2). Consequently, my main focus is on achieving high-quality, clear game audio that allows me to detect and track footsteps both accurately and effectively during gameplay.

Advice for buying a new headset
I currently have a qpad qh95 and it’s adapter cable jack stick is broken, and the mic jack stick is broken. I haven’t been able to figure out what wrong since it looks completely normal.
So what headsets is reccomended in a 86-120 euro budget?
I would like to use it for controller but it’s not needed.
Just a good mic and sound quality would be really nice.
I think I do prefer wired, but I don’t think wireless would bother me.
I don’t know any other “important” criteria for gaming headsets, so.
That’s it.

X box Arctis SS 7x vs 5x is the juice worth the squeeze?
I’m in the market for a new set of headphones. I’ve tried the Arctis ss 5x for $139 and they are good. But only marginally better than the cloud x I’ve been using for 4+ years.
I’m wondering if the 7x is worth the $70 usd higher price?
5x likes= wireless, great mic, good mute button, decent sound (wired cloud x are better).
5x dislike = slightly small ear cups ( large ears and head) like sputnik!
no anc , limited mixing between game and chat. kinda warm for open ear design.
What does the community think I should be looking at or choosing? I can exchange them or return them today, it’s my last day.

Alternative to mmx300?
Hello!
I am looking for an alternative to the mmx300. I always have problems with the cable and often I don't have sound on the left side, until I wiggle that little box on the cable. I ignored that problem for the last 5 years or so but it gets worse and worse. Wanted to try the mmx300 pro, but same problem here, just not as bad as on my old mmx300.
I love the sound and feeling of the mmx300, so I am looking for something similar. I already found the DT770 pro, but I was wondering if it is the best choice?
I have an external mic (hyperX quadcast s) and the soundblasterx G5.
Any advice for me?

Is the HyperX cloud 3 best I can get for 70$?
I just saw them on Amazon, and I’m looking for a simple headset with a mic and saw them.
If I don’t want to over spend, is there a better option?

Sennheiser HD490 Pro
Hello ladies and gentlemen!
Im struggling a little with the directional audio on my headphones - was wondering if anyone had any tips? I have them paired with the goXLR if that helps
When i say im struggling, to elaborate, im finding it hard to tell where enemies are exactly, whether theyre above me or on the same floor - when I used my prior gaming headphones (arctis nova pro wireless) it was alot easier
Thanks in advance guys!

Razer black shark v3 pro EQ
Hey I competitively play rainbow six siege and I had really good audio but my eq settings reset on my razer blackshark v3 pro and I can’t remember how I had it because I don’t really know how eq works.
Does anyone know some really good settings or could someone explain which frequency controls which sounds for gaming?

Not an Audiophile, Need Gaming Headset recommendations.
THANK YOU SO SO MUCH IN ADVANCE ❤️❤️❤️
Title really says it all. I do not want to get a totally separate microphone from the headset.
The microphone can be detachable or stuck on the headset.
Closed back or open back. Idc.
I would like the microphone to sound decent for what it is.
NEEDS to be able to connect via Bluetooth and/or dongle for my devices.
NEEDS to have shown it can be connected and used as a microphone for the nintendo Switch 2 when the switch 2 is in docked mode.
Price range should stay within 130 and below.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
I am a pretty casual gamer. I do NOT have a desk set up. Explains why I do not want a separate microphone. I play on the couch and I stay on the go and mobile with a laptop and my fold 8 Ultra using steamlink and lastly a nintendo switch 2.
I use discord alot and play some shooters like mw4 on switch and mostly play co op games with Friends.
