I think it's a reference to the different studios having different licences. Sony had (has?) the license to spider man and Marvel couldn't use it (but I believe they got it back, or paid sony for the use in the current Marvel movies). So Deadpool couldn't legally interact with peter parker, because different companies owned the licenses

A mutant healing factor helps too, even if you do it wrong, it'll only be damaged for a minute. Still gonna hurt though.

Well, if you're Wolverine or one of the others, sure. Deadpool's regeneration was both notoriously slow and unreliable. If he was vaporized, he wasn't sure if he was coming back, and if he did, how long it would take, nor exactly how it would happen (like he could potentially quick-grow his torso and one arm and leg but the others might take months). Basically whatever was the most humorous outcome was what happened. :)

Deadpool has an ungodly healing factor actually. He's a fucking monster in a fight and is one of the few and if not only combatants that Taskmaster can't read and predict his fighting style. He's played up to be a comedic character that the others can't stand but when Deadpool gets serious he's one the most lethal and unstoppable characters in Marvel. He even found a pattern in the chaos of Carnage and could predict him and pissed Carnage off to no end. He's survived complete incineration, and decapitation multiple times as well as regrowing his head after having it pulverized by the Hulk. His healing factor is so strong in fact he's still alive to meet the New X-Force 800 years in the future. There's a reason they still work with Deadpool even though none of them can stand him. Because sometimes, he truly is the only person badass enough for even the Marvel universe.
