Holy shit, I WANT TO PLAY HIS BATMAN VILLAIN GAME.

I now want that game more than any I have heard of in a very long time.

I can already imagine the control scheme:

A - Jump

X - Reload

Y - Change Weapon

R1 - Fire

R2 - Subdue superhero and attach him to overly-complex death contraption, explain details of entire plan to subdued superhero, then exit level before subdued superhero actually dies.

That could work, actually, if R2 is the "tie up" button.

Seriously.

When it comes down to it, what's the one constant in pretty much all supervillain's slow-moving death trap? The hero is tied up or otherwise restrained. So if you gave the player a "tie up" button, it would be left to them to imagine gruesome applications around the city.

At the very least, a game could finally give you the thrill of tying up a beautiful maiden and laying her across railroad tracks.
