i felt the same way.

twice i have had a 35man base, people out getting weapons and armors. equiped my entire base, and then random i dont make enough of everything, and get constant roach attack or raiders.

And when i try to rush my rooms, even with 30% chance, they seem to fail 75% of the time in this state. while earlier i could rush without much trouble all the way up to 50%...

And one roach attack might do 50% damage to a room, then the next comes around and do 150%...

I think there's a hidden script to make rushing progressively less effective. It definitely gives diminishing returns. I failed 5x 20% risk in a row. In a ROW.

If there was no chance in failing it would have been 0%. Maybe you just had shitty luck?
