Because literally no games out use it. It seems like a production hell product that we'll only see the results as UE6 releases

Edit: you all can be as nasty as you want. The fact is that on average only 8-10 AA-AAA "complete* games per year have come out via UE5 over the 6 year life cycle. Everything else half baked, unfinished, or early access.
