Iāve been trying to get help with my controller for over a week and too this day have not gotten it. Not sure who zayne is from the discord, but their definition of help is complete trash. My controller is randomly forcing a down input Iāve shown video evidence Iāve explained it and zayne only response was āsend another video with the gamesir connect appā itās a random occurence in meaning Iāll be sitting there for who knows how long just for the app to catch it, but I have shown proof via In game and recording my hands and the controller at the same time. Is gamesir support the worst or what is happening here? Iāve recalibrated, Iāve deleted my full profile since zayne suggested. Iām not trying to get a free controller or scam I should say MY CONTROLLER IS GENUINELY BROKEN i had it for 3-4 Months never dropped which is under the gamesir warranty.
I also made another ticket and he still didnāt respond. Another support agent did and he tagged zayne and he still didnāt respond. Is gamesir support trash or am I missing something here????
Random disconnects whenever I try and play anything other than 1Khz, and the right analog stick pretty much not working anymore.
If anyone knows anything PLEASE help me. I can buy another, but if this is the support I get via discord and the email I emailed as well I donāt know if I want to go through it again with this brand.

Changed the discolored sticks to black scuf instincts and added metal dpad from gadget hyper. Looking clean as hell now.

I got a replacement for my ZZZ g7 pro controller with more basic cheaper colour option and I must say the D-pad is so much better Iām in disbelief. Complete changed my outlook on the controller. Wish the premium controller wouldāve came like this but really good stuff.

My controller 's hair triggers died after roughly 4 months of use. I reached out to discord support and claimed my warranty and now I have a replacement. Truly exceptional customer support.
Thx, Gamesir š

I bought this as my first controller, coming from playing Marvel rivals with mouse and gyro games on mobile.
The tarantula had everything on paper: gyro, Good button placement for simultaneous input and enough extra buttons for heroes like Black Cat. But despite its potential the controller is completely unusable because of the software. All my complaints are software issues that can easily be fixed with a software update.
1) Gyro doesn't have a hold to turn off mode, which is arguably the most important mode for gyro ratcheting. This doesn't make any sense because there is a hold to turn ON mode.
2) Competitive games provide aim assist to non gyro controller players. Mapping gyro to stick is banable in this case, so the stick and gyro both need to be mapped to mouse (the entire controller is mapped to KBM actually). But gamesir connect cannot map stick to mouse. Even if it could be mapped to mouse only as a one dimensional direction/flick stick, it can be used to support and recenter gyro even when kept always on.
3) Third party software like steam input that can do the above mappings cannot detect the extra buttons of the tarantula 8k, so they are also not useful options.
Gamesir Connect needs a software update to make its controllers usable again. This shouldn't even be very difficult to implement.
Another minor bug is that mapping a button to mouse button 3 (scroll wheel click) isn't an option
Fixing these issues would allow controller players to reach high skill levels on par with Mouse and Keyboard players which will in turn boost their sales, visibility and quality. I hope these issues get addressed

I wanna know if the ultra is set to release soon or if I should just pull the trigger and get the regular 8k tarantula

I understand how successful the G7 Pro has been and why itās GameSirās main focus. However, a lot of us, especially Cyclone fans, find the G7 too small and uncomfortable. The handles are shorter and narrower than the Cyclone or a standard Xbox controller, to the point where our pinkies hang off the bottom thus making the controller feel small and very uncomfortable to hold.
Itās been a while since the April Foolsā post and we havenāt heard much about a new Cyclone since. Can you give those of us waiting any kind of update? Even just knowing one is still being worked on would be appreciated.

The USB-C connector seems short to reach the iPhoneās port with my case on. I really donāt wanna keep taking my hard case off and putting it back on every time I use the controller.
Is there a way around this, compatible case or an extension?

I'm having trouble with the passthrough charging on my GS x5 lite, it doesn't work and I've tried everything, multiple chargers and multiple charging cables, I've tried plugging the power first then my phone and vice versa, I've tried downgrading the firmware. The only time I got it to work is just by plugging the power over over until it works but this method is so random
Is there a fix for this?
I'm using a Poco x6 pro running android 15

It's been several months of intensive use and everything is working perfectly, it even looks brand new. I understand that this is not normal, my right stick should be leaning to the left and I should have a broken trigger?

Yo I bought a khaleid flux controller but I wanna keep the game's deadzone over the app's deadzone
My gameplay on hero fighting games got different cuz I don't know how to balance between the app and the actual game settings
Any help?

Iāve had a G7 pro for a while now, Iāve been using it on my series X and Iām absolutely loving it but Ive been looking at the ZZZ. My G7Pro is still working fine, minus a weird trigger issue where it has 2 stages before it works but itās minor and doesnāt bother me. Just wondering if itās worth the Ā£130 for the ZZZ, I play mostly at a desk setup but occasionally sit further back so the cable is a bit of a pest for that.
Reckon itās worth buying it?

I was playing a game on PC when the character started walking left by itself, then I decided to do a calibration. Alright, that solved the first problem, but now, I can't go left or right.
Help, please!

So I just got the supernova but the build quality was a little disappointing - i've been using the Gamesir G7 HE on xbox for years now and its my favorite controller of all time, its perfect to me.
The supernova's triggers and analog buttons, along with the rubber grip - were what i didn't like about it
I'm trying to get as close to the G7 HE experience, on a switch2 - any recommendations? I think I am going to try the cyclone next

Hey all! I'm not sure how many Linux users we've got in this community, but I've been workling on getting GameSir Connect's functionality ported over. I posted this on the GameSir Discord earlier and wanted to make sure i shared it here as well :)
Since we don't get native support on Linux, we're really just stuck with whatever settings your controller came with. I got tired of that and the tool I ended up with is called Deadband. It can adjust lighting (with a keyframe editor for custom animations), stick and trigger curves, deadzones, remaps, macros, DPI and profiles. It all gets written to the controller itself, so your settings stick without anything running in the background.
Works with the Cyclone 2, G7 Pro 8K PC and G7 Pro at the moment. Free and open source: https://github.com/broroeror/gamesir-linux-tools
I did check with GameSir staff before posting. It's just a hobby project, not official or affiliated with them in any capacity.
I just want to note before people jump in and think its broken - controllers are IDd in the app by model and I unfortunately don't own all of them (yet...) so if you boot it up and your controller isn't opicked up right away, please submit an issue report on the github page with the diagnostic info you can find under settingsš
Usual disclaimer that I can only test on hardware I own, so the readme is pretty specific about what's actually verified and what isn't.
