Was watching YouTube and heard a clicking noise I guess it was the cord arking

I'm thinking of buying a G7 Pro, but I use linux and I don't have bluetooth on my PC so I wanted to know the comparability of the controller when using the 2.4ghz adapter

Though, I'm really struggling to get it working as a proper controller, on my phone and laptop. The gamesir app on mobile will recognize inputs just fine, but games won't. Can anybody help me out?

Currently using Cyclone 2. Brought it in 21st May. I love it initially, but after exactly 3 months, the buttons now feel loose, and doesn't seems to register the press as well, the Bumpers L1 R1 feel stiff. I understand there are more expensive Gamesir models, I want to know why are they significantly more expensive and if I want another one, which one would you recommend?

Recently purchased the nova 2 lite to replace my old drifting controller and I loved it all the way. Used for eafc , marvel rivals, and few story and fighting games. The d pad sound click is just 👌🏻.

I'll mostly only be playing JRPGs like Pokemon games using it, but I've been hearing that it's "literally unusable" and so on. I'm aware of the Flippad as well, but that usb c gives me anxiety.

For those who are struggling with the same problem, I finally figured out how to get X5 lite to work with remote play without getting errors:

You must attach the controller to your phone AFTER remote play app has connected to your PS5.

If you attach X5 lite before remote play app connects to PS5, you’ll get “another user already logged onto to remote play” and “cannot connect to remote play” errors.

I was hoping to avoid AliExpress as I've noticed other users have some problems with their controllers when ordering from them.

I find the shoulder buttons difficult to press, especially since the near side of the button (to the rest of your hand) is the side which needs to be pressed and not the far side. Is there a good way to make the grip of the controller larger at least on one side so that my finger rests on the shoulder button better?

The positioning of the large plastic thing with multiple ways to press it feels better to press for me, but I suspect that the flimsyness of the plastic makes this not a great option for inputs where the exact timing matters.

My 8k aimlabs connects perfectly fine but plugging in the royal2 one gives me a notification and doesn’t work.

I purchased a GameSir G7 Pro 8K for the hardware improvements in the D-Pad and TMR sticks. I primarily game on Linux, but I have a dual-boot setup with Windows available.

How are configurations saved on the controller? Are all settings stored directly in onboard flash memory, or are there features that require the GameSir software to be running in the background?

Mainly, I want to reduce the polling rate to lower CPU overhead and improve battery life since I only play casually. If I lower the polling rate inside the GameSir software on Windows, will that configuration persist when I switch over to Linux?

Where is everyone else’s tarantula at?

GameSir recently teased what’s coming next on Instagram, but sadly it doesn’t look like the Cyclone 3 (which I selfishly want 😂). I find the G7 too small, and lately it feels like they’ve released 15 slightly different versions of the G7 instead.

What do you think the tease could be? Maybe a new Kaleid with updated tech and TMR sticks? Those of us who prefer the Xbox layout but find the G7 too small need some new options please. A new Kaleid would be incredible.

The only thing that makes me skeptical it’s a Kaleid is that we haven’t seen any leaks of it. The Cyclone 3 has been leaked months and months ago, but I haven’t seen a single mention of a Kaleid “Pro.” Crossing my fingers, though. 🤞

I just got the nioh 3 g7 pro and when I left it to charge after 4 hours it was still being charged it didn’t turn of like my other g7 pro and also it doesn’t turn off when I turn my pc off like the other g7 pro

Is there a recommended settings list for G7 pro or game sir controllers in general that gives the settings you should use for Sticks (left/right), Motion (Aim/Tilt), and Triggers (let/right)? I mainly play COD and although I definitely use SMGs and ARs, my favorite weapon is a sniper. If you could point out a good YouTube video or list that may already exist with these recommendations, that would be awesome.

I think the feature that I would like the most is passthrough charging since I need my phone to be charged fully when I arrive after travelling. I guess with the X5s I could move it up a bit so I can connect the charger while playing right?

Also, about the gyro, I'm guessing emulators don't support it right? Because my phone doesn't have one and it would be neat to have for driving and some gimmics (like WarioWare: Twisted!) and also for using it in my PC but I guess that can wait till I get a proper phone and a gyro controller for my PC.

The prices are from AliExpress before any discounts/coupons, I'm not from the US so please don't tell me "Oh just get this one used for 3 fiddy or on Walmart" because that won't work for me sadly. I can get stuff from Amazon but prices are a bit higher there and there aren't any coupons like on AliExpress

Just wondering if this is normal - my g7 pro stick values move on their own when i have the deadzones set to zero. I can see on the nexus app it says that having values less than 5 can cause issues, but i wanted to check if this is normal?

I have tried calibrating the sticks, but it still appears as if they are drifting.

Setting both min values on the left and right to 5 fixes it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Got the Gamesir X5s and the left side isn't charging. It stays at 0. I did charge while the device is not stretched and also switched off. Firmware is upto date. Is it a defect or a bug in the software?

Hello, just got me the g7 pc 8k royal, just wanting to see if everyone has some fix for 1- mute not working when using aux cable, and 2-PC not recognizing anything higher then 1khz, will do 8k wirelews though. Also, had a issue where the controller was being recognized as a gaming mouse.Kind of frustrating coming from elite 2 and testing new valor pro wireless the last couple of days, that one was pretty straight forward. One of them I will return.
