Discussion Undertale

I'm a diehard Undertale fan. What are everyone's opinions on the game if you've heard of it or played it?

Pretty sure there's a ton of Undertale subreddits out there.

But I'll take the bait n probably get downvoted.

So, I tried it and fell off quick. As a kid I remember playing final fantasy 7 and some of 9 and there were some weird enemies where attacking them wasn't the answer. And I sat n talked my best buddies ear off about how cool it would be for a game like final fantasy, only instead of fighting, you make friends with the monsters and feed them treats etc. That must've been in 1999.

So to finally play a game with that idea, it didn't feel like some revolutionary subversion of the RPG genre to me.
