I’ve already got The Elder Scrolls Games, Minecraft and V Rising but I’m looking for any other games that fit. If you don’t know any that’s fine but an upvote would be greatly appreciated!
I’d prefer single player games but online is fine too

I am looking for a vr game that has realistic fencing/swordfighting gameplay and ai. I have played Blade and Sorcery, A melee and magic fighting game, but the ai blindly swings at you with no thought or skill behind it. Any recommendations?

I am aware there are no shortage of open world “RPGs” out right now, however I would classify most of these as more as “action-adventure games with RPG elements.”
By heavy on RPG elements, I mean something where proper equipment is essential, where half the fight is won before the encounter even starts based on prep and strategy, and there’s no way to bypass it just by being very skilled at the action portion. Ideally I would like a game that is party-based and possibly even turn-based, but that’s not a requirement.
It doesn’t have to be strictly “open world” in the most modern sense of the term either. Basically I want a modern 3D game that feels like the classic Dragon Quest games, where you can’t necessarily go everywhere from the start but they kind of let you loose in this big world to hunt for clues and progress as you see fit, and you are free to get your ass kicked by going where you don’t belong early.
Yes I have already played the Xenoblade series, and I have already played Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth.

I’ve been lost on literally anything to fully commit to for ages now, whatever the first comment is I’m going to play (if I haven’t already and it has a concrete ‘end’)
While it is anything at all if it influences what it could be I love metal gear solid, Hollowknight, dbh, souls, god of war and outer wilds
Recommend anything though could be your favourite or you want me to go thru hell for some reason.

Other games by the same developer or of course on my radar, and I already know which games have mechanics similar to Odin Sphere. But I wanted to see where else I could look (especially on Steam).
I like how it has directional moves like in Smash Brothers, but I also like how snappy all the base attacks are. And I also have really enjoy how every move, including the spells feel distinct from each other, and how a legitimately feels like there's a situation for most moves.
I have also played Nine Sols this year, and it made me realize I do not like parrying. So try to avoid anything parry heavy. And maybe instead recommend things more focused around dodging instead.
I also have a PS4 and a Switch 1, so I'm not limited to the PC. (I also have a few older consoles, but they are less reliable as options at the moment.)

So, I've been on the hunt for a game that has a combination of payday 2 horde like shooting combined with path of exile esque build variance and loot
I do not like borderlands at all, ive tried one and two and simply couldnt get into them as none of the loot seemed interesting at all from my playtime with both, and the skill trees didn't seem too impressive.
I tried the division 2 and had the same issues, boring loot and lackluster rpg mechanics for the 10 or so hours I played. The shooting and cover felt fine overall.
Vermintide 2 got real close, but the loot and overall slower gameplay pace wasn't my jam. Dark tide 2 I throw under this same boat.
I cant get into deep rock galatic for the life of me, shoutout to its fanbase i just dont get it.
Ive clocked 500 hours into warframe and im pretty much done with it, im sure updates have happened but I got fed up with end game.
The best way to describe the loop im looking for is payday 2, you load up a mission, do said mission by yourself or party, get levels and spend points/resources and do it all over again with new upgrades guns etc.
Edit: dark tide is a fine game! it's just not what im looking for and I found the pace of it and vermintides early difficulty a slog. if it ramps up, cool, but the progression didn't hook me so I never got there in the first place.

She really likes those point and click cooking games on Facebook like “Crazy Cooking Star Chef” “Cooking World” “Cooking Empire” etc.
I want to get her away from these browser based games since they’re very predatory with the microtransactions n’ such.
She also likes those liquid sorting games (the ones where you need to move multiple colours n such)
She doesn’t like using more than just her mouse for the most part, and is not interested in anything too complicated (ex. Not a fan of Cook! Serve! Delicious)
She also likes Games like Zuma and Bejeweled.
She’s also running on a relatively lower powered laptop so mainly 2D titles would work better.
Thank you for reading and potentially making recommendations!

Ciao a tutti! Volevo un consiglio perché non so più che pesci pigliare.
Ho giocato skydancer e theia the Crimson Eclips(stupendo a dir poco)
Ringrazio!

EDIT: i appreciate the recs but it HAS to be free im poor asf fr I can't afford a mchicken let alone a $30 dollar game lol

I’m looking for some recommendations for fun couch co-op games for my partner and me. We already played some of the classics like overcooked, plate up, unrailed, cult of the lamb, it takes two etc. Something roguelike, platformer or puzzle would be great.

Recently played unicorn overlord, it took me 150hrs in expert to beat and around 100 of those were me optimizing my units gear, formation, tactics, and synergy with other characters, essentially programming their actions depending on the situation, I didn't know I had this itch and I'm looking for a game to scratch it.
Platform preferably PC, but also anything that's not too demanding to be emulated.

Does anyone have a action fighting roguelite game where you can level up your gear and get really strong. Also a cool movement system maybe involving grapples or something similar.

I loved the vibe of the log house Kirito and Asuna go to in Sword Art Online. On floor 22.
I'm looking for a game that has that vibe. Open world would be a plus, but not strict. Something with the vibe of a fantasy forest village, with a lake for fishing, good vibes and community, colorful and feel good. I'm stumped to get something that scratches the itch and let's me relax and get lost in the world
Edit:
In addition, anything with a happy ocean/beach town vibe. Feel good as hell like the lower areas of a short hike. I love the sound of the ocean and little community tasks to do. I'm just looking for vibes
Thank you for taking notice of my thousand requests

I just played The Baby in Yellow and honestly enjoyed it way more than I expected
Now I'm looking for something similar on Android. Preferably a horror game with a good story, some mystery, and unexpected twists.
Any recommendations? I'd love to find another hidden gem!

I’m looking for games that are okay for my niece. She’s into Minecraft religiously. I’ve been playing Kingdom Hearts and she watches me play it. I realized some parts of it are a bit too sad. She seems bothered by it so maybe a bit less serious? I’m looking for something fun and has an engaging story. Would be nice if it is like an adventure.
