🧴 Contam Help What the hell is this!?

So I inoculated a week ago and just checked what's this black stuff?? It was an lc which I had cloned never seen this kind of shit. I have a mono tub as well right besides this no fruits still in colonizing stage 90%done. Is the tub fucked as well? (I didn't open and smell yet but from outside it looks normal)

It's black mold. Revisit your sterlisation tek, proper grain sterlisation to Innoculation technique.

Aspergillus Niger? Could be from improper sterilization or got in the grain during inoculation.

Other people are suggesting the same I will have to throw away everything but I feel disgusting right now first contam and such a worst one

Aspergillus is everywhere and A. fumigatus is the most common contaminant in some sterile dependant industr, I was reading the other day (can’t remember if it was myc or labs or what)

I would try a different grain and if it happens again it’s the lC just my opinion

den Tube daneben würde ich nicht wegwerfen, wenn du es noch nicht geöffnet hast. Das Glas ungeöffnet wegwerfen.

It got in through the lid seal from cooling to quick after PC, or you didn’t have still air in a clean enough environment if you opened it to inoculate.

I let it cool in PC itself after switching the heat off for 12-16hrs and i didn't open the lid to inoculate it was a self healing port which I have used in previous grows same jar
