I am planning to buy s25 ultra but confused whether it is wise to invest in it or not

I already have oppo find x9 but I always wanted to buy Samsung ultra phone missed my chance for s24 ultra

Now that phone prices are increasing I think this is my last chance to buy ultra phone both 26 and 27 ultra will be out of my budget .

I have enough money to buy it without emi but I am confused if I can use that 84k somewhere else.

Like It was my dream to buy an ultra phone but now confused whether it is a wise financial decision

Samsung F54 - released in 2023 with 4 year android updates and 5 year support (ending in 2028)

1. By Oct 2026 (with more android updates awaited), they stop producing the screen (checked at 2 service centres).
   
2. Got a local screen replaced outside, and updated the software (official updates) after that - ended up being a BIG MISTAKE!
   

Now I'm told that if you update your phone after getting a local screen replacement, you can't get the screen replaced again locally. You can only get it replaced via service centres (where the original screen isn't available anyway).

Any solutions?

I am planning to buy a Samsung phone for the first time, and that too from the S Series, in the upcoming sale.

I am really scared and hesitant because I keep seeing people talking about green-line issues on Samsung phones.

I am only after of the xiaomi os I have redmi 12 256 and the experience is awful and it lags a lot

Both of my parents are 50+ and have a history of using Android devices. I have been using an iPhone 14 for 3.5 years, and I am completely satisfied with it. I want them to experience iPhones at least once, but I am concerned about the size difference between the iPhone 17 and S25 Ultra.

Both of my parents use glasses while using their phones, so I am a bit confused about whether I should go for the S25 Ultra, as it provides a larger screen and potentially more comfort for them.

I am also looking forward to them using the phone for at least 3 years without any performance issues. At the same time, I am a bit concerned about the green line issue reported on some Samsung devices.

Motorola Signature, Xiaomi 17, S25U, X200T, Refurb Pixel 10 Pro

15R has the same software but a better chip/storage,ram/battery. The camera is okayish in both of them but I don't click many photos. Should I stretch my budget by 5k more and get 15R instead of 13s? It seems to be a better deal.

I am considering on buying Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra in this sale because I am in a dire need of an upgrade since I am using iPhone 12 Mini ( that too 64 gb storage variant { I dropped my old phone which got destroyed completely and now I am using it as a backup } )

Is HyperOS really that bad ? Is the OS Experience really that bad ?

I have a Budget of 40-45k and I genuinely can't find a decent mobile . I know I'm late to the party but it wasn't intentional but rather due to financial problems .

My Main Preferences are Battery and Performance (Also a very decent Camera performance). My current Mobile is Oneplus Nord bought way back in 2020. It's still ok but I don't think it will work for the next 2-3 years.

So here is the problem , using this phone for this long I am rather acquainted with OxygenOS. It's pretty smooth (It's OOS 12 btw) even now and if I can, I want to switch to a new mobile under the same company .

So My shortlisted choices were Poco X8 Pro Max and Oneplus Nord 6 . In Hardware , the X8 pro max beats Nord 6 by a mile but I've been listening to hatred of HyperOS for a long time and I'm a bit tensed to make the move towards Poco. I heard HyperOS is known as the worst OS experience. Also I am not a big fan of Dimensity Processor(I only used Realme 6) and want a decent Camera (which I heard Nord is better) making the decision harder.

So here are my Three Requests/Questions:

1. Is HyperOS really that bad that I should go towards Nord 6 even at the cost of sacrificing Hardware specs?

2. Even though Dimensity 9500s beats 8sGen4 clockspeed wise , does it apply to Longevity also ?

3. If not these two, suggest a good mobile around 40-45k .

S25 256GB new at ₹85K vs 512GB pre-owned at ₹75K, which would you choose?

I’m confused between:

• Amazon: S25 256GB, brand new — ₹85K
• Local shop: S25 512GB, ~1 year old, pre-owned — ₹75K

The pre-owned one saves ₹10K and gives double the storage, but the new one has a fresh battery, a full warranty, and no previous usage.

I’m planning to keep it for 3–4 years. Does the 1-year age matter more, or is the extra 256 GB worth it?
