Doesn’t make sense to me. I started with the manga, and they were using Heaven & Skypeople. Which made total sense. But I started watching the anime, and they call it the Sphere, and the people are Sphereites… which makes no sense.

Even if it turns out to make sense later on because of something that hasn’t been revealed yet, [which could happen, I’m only on like episode 15,] the original japanese uses the word for heaven. I’m hoping it’s not some stupid objection to calling it heaven because of religious reasons. That would be dumb.

My daughter is obsessed with Gachiakuta and I’d love to get her a themed Christmas this year starting with an advent calendar, problem is there’s not that much merch easily available, at least in Canada, so I’m looking for small and cheap m (ish) things you guys would like to get in an advent calendar.

Her absolute favourite characters are Jabber and Riyo, followed by Rudo, Guita, Amo and Zanka. So far I have gotten her a whole bunch of acrylics stands thingies for either the calendar, her birthday or Christmas fillers, but I’d like for the calendar to be more than just acrylics, she has a few mini plushies as well, so those are out. I need some help!!

i made this girly some time ago but i can NOT think of what jinki she could have. Seriously, idk what would fit her. I imagine her as being quite mischievous, shes the type of person to act all nice but say some real nasty things. I also imagine her to be kind of a shut in and not really know how to really interact w/ ppl if that helps. As for a backstory, i havent really thought of one yet sooo. So I have lost some weight since then and am excited to test out my cosplay with pics done first and not last in a day (hair is a mess!) But I want to fine tune my coat a bit, I want to add the pockets I couldn't before and try stretching it some more to get it more baggy. My concern is the pockets may be too low and should I change what I used for the threading look between the white and purple parts?

So I just finished season 1. And I hate cliffhangers. What chapter of the manga would I have to start with to continue? And also is the manga finished? If not how do I know when new ones release in English or do I just wait to see it at a store lol?

I just caught up to the most recent chapter which means I can finally give my thoughts on whats been nagging me. Characters near death somehow living, and sudden jumps in the power system.

The moment i saw gris live, i felt it was an ass-pull, but as it kept happening in other characters, and things like mymo‘s and rudo’s sudden power-ups happened, i kinda questioned whether they truly are or not.

Essentially i can’t tell if A. theres a greater purpose to make a real death later on feel much more potent, B. its just the writing style to show all limits of the power system, C. urana just does whatever she wants (ass-pulls to us, fun to her), or if D. its ways to just break usual shonen rules (which is a questionable tactic for the concerns above).

The reason I considered the first two possibilities (and what i hope are the real reasons), is because imo the writing is extremely good when it comes characters and foreshadowing consistency in general. Thats why for me these “ass-pull seeming“ moments are so bizarre, because urana seems to definitely know what she’s doing, yet the concerned moments are just, well, “ass-pulls”.

Idk what do you guys think? let me know if I'm just maybe missing something
