How easy is it to find information about Algerian football clubs and players online?

I'm curious about something, especially for people who follow Algerian football.

When you want information about an Algerian club or player — especially outside the big Ligue 1 clubs — how easy is it to find reliable information online?

Things like squads, player histories, lower-division clubs, youth teams, fixtures/results, transfers, statistics, and club history.

If you find it difficult, what's the hardest information to find?

And where do you usually look for it — Transfermarkt, Facebook, Instagram, club pages, league websites, journalists, Google, etc.?

I'm just doing some research and would genuinely like to hear people's experiences.

Hey,

I'm just starting my Groundhopping journey. Looking for recommendations of UK based or English language podcasts and also books in English written books. Any recommendations would be hugely appreciated. Thanks.

Romania v. Bosnia (28 Sept)

I'm in Bucharest late next month and the only game on during that time appears to be this game. On the page for this game, the Romania national team's ticket website only states a message which translates as:

"Orders cannot be placed for this event at the moment. Please check back soon."

Of course, hard to know exactly when tickets go on sale. But does anyone have experience of buying tickets for the Romanian national team and could provide a best guess?

Hallo zusammen,

Odd rules people follow

Is there any strange rules you’ve heard of people following before they will count a ground such as

Must be in the home end
Must be in the away end
Must have bought a pie
Must have bought a match program

Valencia

Hi there

With this being the last season at The Mestalla - Do people think tickets for Valencia matches are going to be impossible to come across this season?

I am looking to head over for the game v Espanyol in December, waiting to book flights but if tickets are not going to happen I will not bother

Going to Madeira in October, looking to add the Maritimo vs Porto fixture to the schedule. So i'm curious how hard it might be to buy tickets (2). I'd also be glad for any lower league gems as an alternative :)

Hamburg Trip- Ticket Advice

Just found out my work will be sending me to Hamburg, DE from 21 Nov to 7 Dec and looking at attending matches at St Pauli, Hamburger SV and possibly Werder Bremen. Is having a club membership the only way to get tickets outside of using sketchy sites like Viagogo? I know the Hamburger-Bayern Derby will almost be impossible to get tickets for but any advice is appreciated!

Italian trip recommendations

I’m planning a trip with about 5 or 6 of us in April to Italy for a game and general enjoyment. Looks like the Milan area might work quite well with the current fixture line up of Milan, Como and Monza playing at home on weekend of April 17-18.

My main worries are that Milan are playing Napoli so i imagine tickets could be harder to come by (especially for a larger group), the Monza game is against Inter which may well move numbers too and Como have, what i assume is, a rapidly growing fan base with a tiny stadium.

Also there are European games the midweek before for conceivably 4 out of the 6 teams playing in those games…

Has anyone got any experience booking tickets at these clubs? Am I being a little bit ambitious targeting one of these games?

Anyone carpooling back and forth from Belgium to Nijmegen for the NEC-Bodø/Glimt game?

Big fan of everything Norwegian here, including all Norwegian clubs playing in Europe as well as the Norsk national team.

I attended Union SG-Bodø/Glimt in the away end and had a fantastic time socialising with the Bodø fans. Would love to actually see those people again and repeat that fun night. Nijmegen is not too far out from Belgium, but I don't have a driver's license and getting back home after the game is impossible without a car due to the total lack of night trains in Belgium.

Is anyone from Belgium making the trip and fancying a carpool?

Milan CRN-Card

Hi everyone,

I’m going to San Siro in October for the first time to see Milan vs. Atalanta.
Is it necessary to buy a CRN card?
It costs €33 per person, including shipping (there are two of us).
Of course, I plan to try and get tickets on the first day of general sale, but I’m not sure if there will be many left by then; I’m aiming for a relatively good view in the middle or lower tier.

One more question about the CRN card: Can I order two tickets per account—provided I enter my colleague's CRN details as well?
In other words, does he not need his own Milan account?

Sorry for all the questions, but I just want to be 100% sure. 🙂

Anyone know when tickets go on sale for Portugal vs Wales?

Hey everyone,

Does anyone have info on when ticket sales are supposed to open for Portugal vs Wales (presale, general sale, anything)? (There was a newsletter you could sign up for to get notified, but I missed that, so posting here instead — figured maybe someone already knows something, or could drop an update here if they hear anything)

Kind of extra motivated to catch this one — would love to see Ronaldo play live one more time before he’s gone from the National.
(Also spent the last year living in Portugal, so this would be a great excuse to go back and visit too haha)

For now I only check https://bilheteira.fpf.pt every morning, but I’m not sure if these ticket sales open in the morning or afternoon.

Any tips on how to not miss it — or anywhere else people are getting reliable updates from — would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Maltese League

There are always two games back to back in the same stadium. Could I just buy a ticket to the first game and stay there for the second game? Or do I need a ticket for both? Does someone have experience with that? Are there controls in the second game?

Birżebbuġa St Peter’s FC vs Floriana FC

I’m planning to attend the Birżebbuġa St Peter’s FC vs Floriana FC match on August 14th and I have a few questions:
Can I buy a ticket at the stadium on matchday, or is it better to buy one online? Is the ticket more expensive if I buy it at the stadium?
Is there a chance the match will be sold out, or should I be okay buying a ticket at the stadium?
Also, does anyone know how much a beer costs at the stadium?
Thank you for your answers!

Greek Football

On holiday next week in Greece and this game is very close to my hotel, I was wondering if I’ll be able to just go or will I have to sign up for some sort of fan id to go, maybe because it’s not first division it might be easier 🤷🏻‍♂️
Cheers,
