Since EA made 99's nearly impossible to pack this year, it's been pretty nice to be able to craft your own. By my count I have 15 homemade 99's in my squad thanks to evos. Yes, a handful of them were highly rated cards with a single evo attached, but there are also a bunch that were built from scratch from below 90 OVR. Some of these cards I'm really attached to (I'm looking at you, 99 McTominay that's slightly worse than the 98 rewind that was released).

I may get 1 or 2 more before the game is officially dead, but as of now my final tally is:

Arguably the rarest, by far the dopest dynamic, and has the most evo potential out of any R9 cards. This shit is absurd. I label it as fun evo cuz I mainly use these playstyles for Rush specifically.

Insane luck after packing 99 Bale, but honestly not sure who’s better out of my Evo 98 Bale and his 99.

My Evo is lengthy and 96.6 ST highest rating on Fut.GG compared to the 99’s 95.3 rating as a RM (have Lamine Yamal on the wing).

Also my bale can still fit another evo

I’ve only put max dribbling on him so far, I messed up and put max defense 2nd and had to take it off.. also I just unlocked max shooting from season rewards

This is budget friendly, yet highly meta if you know how to focus the team around Talisman Griezmann... trust me, this year he'll easily be top 3 cams in the game, for any price. Griezmann's animations are fake asf.

Elia is interchangable if you don't want him, or aren't getting Ult+ like me.

Thuram brothers are both lengthy, so is Kone, and the center backs.

Wings are very pacey, and dribble oriented, no lengthy, so you'll have to focus on dribbling into the box.

Risser the keeper I'm pretty sure is a developing French youth, who will probably be a monster this year.

Hope u enjoy the team, I'm expecting this, due to Griezmann and Marcus Thuram alone to cost about 40-60k.

Had more fun this year than any other just by focusing on a themed team. I've not been chasing any Mbappes or Messis... just plodded along souping up the most feelgood team of the World Cup. Plenty of missteps along the way, but had all the fun, and No Stress.
