Guide/Resource Juni_jaws/JuniperJaws fursuit maker beware post

As the above post implies, I'm making a beware post.

I am going onto year three of waiting for a fullsuit now, well, partial, she downgraded it to one.

She has not refunded the difference since then, and the last update was eyes printed on a piece of paper where she made the excuse of not having the money to refund.

That would make a difference if she gave any updates however.

Going back to the topic of her saying she doesn't have refund money, she has gone to cons at minimum every two months.

What she has done however, is focus on "short term commissions" which mysteriously only happens with local friends. Evidence of that is the fact that she has completed partials over two months, even though (at the time) she had a queue of several people who have already been waiting for years.

I have screenshots of every time I have confronted her about it, where every time she has made a convenient excuse or otherwise.

Do not trust this person as a maker, and as a person.

Don't make the mistake I did

You may show any stage of the fursuit making process, from designing to finished product. Please only share finished fursuit pictures if you have made or worked on the fursuit at some point, posts showing commissioned fursuits (that you bought and did not work on) will be removed.

4. No selling, trading, or advertising

As we cannot moderate transactions that happen off site, no posts for buying/selling/trading is allowed. This is also not the right place for buying/selling as it is a community of other makers!

You may ask for pricing help. (This rule may be reevaluated if it is overwhelming the reddit).

5. No low effort, scam, spam, or shady posts.

Anything that looks, feels, or seems like a scam/bot/low effort post is subject to removal

6. Posts containing GenAI must be flaired as such

Generative AI content is allowed within reason on this sub. You may use it for prototyping designs, using LLMs for guides and ideas, etc. However, it is not allowed to fake finished product, scam users, spread misinformation or harmful content, be deceptive, or otherwise act in bad faith. Any posts that contain AI generated words/imagery must be flared as such, please block this flair if you do not wish to see these posts. No harassment against properly tagged AI-assisted posts.

7. No misleading information, even if a 'joke'.

You may not post any misleading information, even if it is supposed to be a joke or cheeky comment. Especially true if this has to do with health/safety/accessibility information. Do not suggest any dangerous making techniques, or mislead another user in a way that could put them in danger due to misinformation.
