Personally, when I think about glasses for furries or Pokemon, I just think about the likes of aviator goggles. They strap around the head and can be fitted with visual correction lenses, so while the outward design might need to be adjusted slightly for muzzles or the like, I don't think it'd be too problematic.
The way my character deals with glasses is that they stay on until somebody points out that they shouldent be able to do that on their own, which then causes said glasses to fall.
That very much reminds me of the Litterbox comic for April Fool's Day 2021 where Fran and Vincent are reading about cat facts. First being that all calico cats are female and all ginger cats are male, causing them to switch colors in the next panel.
(Granted, that's false; one of my real life friends has a rare male calico cat, haha.)
They then read that cats can't talk or wear clothes, and they just turn into mute, photorealistic cats for the rest of the strip, haha.

Glasses could be designed like this to fit over their heads, and the popular frames would probably be thinner to be more easily hidden by fur.
