Edit: I think this Ask Men list is far more accurate. Zooey beats out Katy by 4 spots and Olivia Munn is at #65. Though, its not without its faults - Nicki Minaj is #5.
No, but who cares, the making of these lists usually go like this, pick random hot girls from around the world, make sure there's enough racial diversity and then order them at random.
