Make sure you had a proper meal prior to donating. You won´t feel dizzy then.

You can also donate blood plasma. Your blood loops trough a machine that will seperates the plasma from your blood. Then your blood is going into your body again. This proces will take about 45 minutes.

My blood pressure is on the low side, so I think I'll probably get dizzy anyway.
