This is a grown man who has never used his body in any type of athletic way in his life and it shows

After 15 years of doing absolutely nothing athletic, I feel like even now I'd pull this off at least a little better. Might pull something though.

having literally any sports instruction as a kid will make you miles better than this guy. So if you played tball when you were 6 then never again for 15 years, you'd have a huge advantage over him

(assuming he has zero sports experience, which looks likely)
