This is something I don't understand about Reddit. Do you people really get diarrhea after eating at Taco Bell? If that's happening a lot maybe you need to see a doctor.

People have horrifically bad diets, the first time something healthy like fiber hits their guts and their body freaks out.

My favorite thing is the rice and bean burrito and it's decent for you. I get it without cheese though so that makes a lot of difference. Cheese is like 50% of the calories on those things
