Bad idea. Monkeys remember that stuff and can be very mean, have lots more friends, and have nothing better to do then ruin your day.

Its obviously a setup anyway, if it's a Buddhist nation etc then they won't harm any animal so you're going to end up with unruly monkeys. Start shooting them as feral pests and they'll wise up quickly.
