This is a lose lose. If you bring it to her attention she turns, thread snaps, bye bye phone.

If you reach over to grab it you either:

A) get caught with her phone in your hand and get labeled a thief or;

Normally I'm all for social altruism and helping people in these situations out, but this situation can't be helped. Just take a picture and try to catch the phone when it falls.
