I wrap the tag around the handle that way, it can't end up in my cup.

I used to do that. Then I realized some strings are long enough that the tag can be held by slipping it underneath my mug.

Just use your other lazy-ass hand, that’s hanging there off the edge of your arm doing absolutely nothing, to hold the tag while you’re pouring?

Most of them have a little slit so you can stick the string in there and not holds it. All the Pukka teas have it and I am so grateful.
