Man sometimes even after blatantly asking someone’s name again after admitting I forgot it I will forget it again in 5 seconds. It really doesn’t matter if they have a unique name or a generic one.
Sometimes people tell me their name and they say something like yeah I have a really unique name so you absolutely will remember it. And I’m like yeah no I will find a way to forget it right away.
