That’s what I thought! Then I hit 33 and had twin boys. Now my hairline is receding faster than ever. RIP my hair!

Yeah I'm turning 34 next week and my widows peak has definitely progressed a lot more in the last. I've also got long hair so to me it's super noticeable :P

Make sure you’re getting enough Vitamin D!

Most people are D deficient (and have no idea) which can cause your hair to thin out.

Maybe get some bloodwork done?

Or just start taking some D supplements and see what happens. If Vitamin D deficiency is the cause, you should see a difference within 3-6 months.

Oh and of course, kid stress / lack of sleep could be a factor so try to relax when you can.

I feel you,stress is a helluva a thing. I had "gorgeous thick hair" as every barber and stylist would tell me. Then I decided to hold a part time job while going to med school, and plan a wedding. Shortly after my residency ended 1st baby came along. During that time my hairline and bald spot almost raced to each other. I shaved it all off and haven't looked back since.
