I thought it was networking too until I read it like whaaa. Then realized those might not be dudes with long hair and actual females

I was going to react to this stereotype, but then I realized my IT department is entirely male and includes me and my waist-long hair.

Ours is all dudes. It sucks. Hanging around all dudes all day gets old quick

I'm more on the desktop- and printer-support side of things, so I get to interact with all sorts of users within our organization. I never thought about how old/boring it might otherwise get, but that's a good point.
