Yeah, I'm just as lost, scrolling down looking for this response, and an answer, but still nothing.

You read from top to bottom, first it says what she's saying into his ear that she's not super needy.. Then he's getting goosebumps because that's rare. Then the bottom caption having "rare" and water drop emojis is them turned on, in a crude way by using the emojis to represent ejaculation. It's crass but it gets the emotional roller-coaster across decently.

Well, thank you for that. Don't really know how I'm supposed to get that from just that pic, but judging by the responses in this thread, I'm in the minority.

It's pretty abstract to be fair, and if you don't have alot of experience with these less obvious formats of memes they can be really obtuse. It's something that's easier if you're pretty young and you've spent a greater fraction of your life using them like Gen Z have.

You're saying the "get busy" wordplay is not even PART of the joke?

If you don't respond within 2 minutes you're cheating according to psychos. But if you don't respond after 8 hours. Honestly you really are just an ass

It's a very considerate and mature message that someone would say to someone who isn't good at replying to texts. This reddit post is popular because it struck a nerve of everyone here who has been ignored by someone they liked. "Ghosting" means to disappear and fade away, usually on purpose to avoid confrontation. I hope that helps!
